Introduction
ALK/p80 is a human p80 protein, identified as a hybrid of the anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK) gene and the nucleophosmin (NPM) gene resulting from the t(2;5)(p23;q35) translocation found in a third of large cell lymphomas.
Description
ALK/P80 Human Recombinant (aa 426-528) expressed in E.coli, shows a 37 kDa band on SDS-PAGE(including GST tag).
The ALK/P80 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
