Functions |
Yamanaka iPSC factors (Oct4, Sox2, KLF4 and Myc) expressed from a single CMV promoter in a single adenoviral vector. All four factors are linked by protein 2A sequence which allows similar levels of transgene expression of four factors in target cells, thus streamlining iPSC reprogramming. A GFP control adenovirus is included for easy tracking of gene transduction efficiency. |
