Preparation and Storage
Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20 degree C. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol, PBS, 0.1% BSA.. Aliquot and store at -20 degree C. Reconstituted product is stable for 6 months at -20 degree C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Other Notes
Small volumes of anti-Defb3 antibody vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.

Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot.
Dilution: ELISA (Direct, Sandwich): 0.25-1.0ug/ml Detects 0.2ng/well of recombinant hBD-3 using 100ul/well antibody solution in conjunction with B0902-03D as a capture antibody. Allows the detection of 0.2-0.4ng/well of recombinant hBD-3.
Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml (under either reducing or non-reducing conditions) Detection limit for recombinant hBD-3 is 1.5-3.0ng/lane.
