Preparation and Storage
Store at 2-8 degree C for one month. Aliquot and store at -80 degree C for 12 months. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37 degree C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
ISO Certification
Manufactured in an ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 13485:2003 Certified Laboratory.
Supply Chain Verification
Manufactured in a lab with traceable raw materials. Bulk orders can typically be prepared to the customera??s specifications, please inquire.
Other Notes
Small volumes of ATP2C2 recombinant protein vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.

Research Articles on ATP2C2
1. In total, four independent SNPs within DYX1C1 and ATP2C2 were found to be associated with MMR stronger than expected from multiple testing. To explore potential pathomechanisms, we annotated these variants with functional data including tissue-specific expression analysis and eQTLs.
