Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded Kidney shows nuclear staining in all cells. Recommended concentration, 2-4ug/ml.
Western Blot: Approx 70kDa band observed in Human Colon lysates (calculated MW of 72.3kDa according to NP_005366.2). Recommended concentration: 0.5-2ug/ml.

(xug/ml) staining of Human Colon lysate (35ug protein in RIPA buffer). Primary incubation was 1 hour. Detected by chemiluminescence.

(2ug/ml) staining of paraffin embedded Human Kidney. Steamed antigen retrieval with citrate buffer pH 6, HRP-staining.
