- Ribosomal Protein RPS3 Human Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 263 amino acids (1-243) and having a molecular mass of 28.8 kDa. RPS3 is fused to a 20 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus; purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. The RPS3 solution (1mg/ml) contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 1mM DTT, 0.1M NaCl and 10% glycerol.
