- POU2AF1 Human Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 276 amino acids (1-256) and having a molecular mass of 29.6 kDa. The POU2AF1 is fused to a 20 amino acid His-Tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. POU2AF1 protein (0.5mg/ml) is supplied in 20mM Tris-HCL, pH-8 and 20% Glycerol.
