- Greater than 90.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE. TDO2 Human Recombinant fused with a;20 amino acid His tag at N-terminus produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing;426 amino acids (1-406 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 50kDa. The TDO2 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. The TDO2 solution (0.25 mg/ml) contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH8.0), 0.2M NaCl, 5mM DTT, 1mM EDTA and 30% glycerol.
